The Chamber of Advocates of RA has received the following announcement from the advocates of Lori region:

“We, the advocates of Lori region by joining our colleagues’ announcement about the regulation envisioning imposition of fine on the advocate by court defined by the “Judicial Code of RA” constitutional law draft, inform that we will organize a one-day protest action by refusing to realize any defense or representation in the state bodies of Lori region as a precautionary step.

We apologize from our trustees but at the same time convince them that this fight refers to their right to a fair trial, as a depressed advocate cannot realize defense effectively.

The protest will take place on 22 January, 2018.
