Days ago on 8, December  the Chairman of the Chamber of Advocates of RA  applied to the mayor of Yerevan Taron Margaryan  telling that guardianship and trusteeship  commissions of  some  administrative districts of Yerevan   impede the professional activity of advocates  not allowing to  participate as advocates for their  clients in the sessions of commissions.

On 17, December the Chamber of Advocates got an  answer, in which it is   mentioned  that  the problem is examined in the  department of  Municipality and it is legitimate and it is strictly instructed them not to impede the activity of advocates
