The arder of activitity of the advocates’ rights protection Commission (hereinafter the Commission) was confirmed according to the decision N. 294 12/08/2014 of Ara Zohrabyan.

 As a basis for creating the Advocates’ rights protection Commission the following points  are founded: 

-For development of advocacy in the RA as the most important institute of judicial system and the formation of  respect to this specialization the  most important prerequisite is provision  the member-advocates of the Chamber of the RA as well as the foreign advocates realizing advocacy in our country with the protection of their rights, as well as making good environment  for  the effectiveness of that rights.

-It is necessary  the presence of  institution realizing united, purposeful and systematic policy for realizing the issues and aims of the Chamber more effectively regarding to the protection of advocates’ rights.

The aim of Advocates’ rights protection Commission is to take measures for the protection of the rights of the advocates and the  professional activity from every kind of threats, obstacles and every kind of illegal interference.

The Commission will be consisted of 5 members, from 1 of which will coordinate the works  of the Commission,

According to the decision N. 295 A 12/08/2014 of Ara Zohrabyan  2 members from 5 are

        -advocate Karen Mezhlumyan(license number 110) and

          -advocate Gegham Hakobyan (license number 794)

According to the same decision Karen Mezhlumyan  assigned the coordinator of the Commission.

The 3  other members of the Commission  will be assigned during a month.
