According to the application the powers of the member of the Board of the Chamber of Advocates of the RA Ruben Hakobyan  are  prematurely terminated. Application is based on the fact   that the latter is constantly lives in Vanadzor  and  has some difficulties in taking part to the hearings of the Board of the Chamber  which are  convened very often.

According to the Charter of the Chamber of Advocates  in case of  refusing the powers as a member of the Board  the next member is elected the advocate who  has   much more votes than the other candidates. After Ruben Hakobyan much more votes received Aleksandr Sirunyan  (the license number 945) b 241 votes.

Advocate Aleksandr Sirunyan   is considered to be involved  as a member of the Board of the Chamber of Advocates of the RA instead of member Ruben Hakobyan  with the latter’s remaining  period  of defined term.
