Europe Union of Law” legal defense NGO (hereinafter “NGO”) submitted its observations on the basis of preliminary results of documentary selection procedure for competition of candidates (hereinafter the “competition”) for the position of a judge in the European Court of Human Rights as proposed by the Republic of Armenia.

Underlining  the importance of the public control  towards  competition, taking into account the fact  that today is not a working day  and it is not possible to  provide records  with the staff of the Ministry of Justice, hereby  with the help of the Internet  I ask the staff of the Ministry of Justice  to clarify  the  sequence and  chronology   of the candidates  registration  and when did  the staff of the Ministry of Justice of the RA  received the  envelopes of the candidates.

Please, publish also the documents regarding  clarifications.
